SyFy has greenlit a new project from ‘Battlestar Galactica’ show runner Ron Moore.
The 13 episode show Helix, will be about a team of scientists from the Center for Disease control who travel to a research facility in the Arctic. They are there to investigate a possible disease outbreak,when they discover that the situation could be more dire than they thought. The show promises to be intense and full of thrills
Syfy content president Mark Stern had this to say about the show:“With its well-drawn characters, taut drama, and incredible production team, we couldn’t be more excited to see this intense thrill-ride of a series come to life,”
