New set photos has surfaced for the upcoming Wolverine 3 movie. The photos reveal a bullet ridden limo with an older looking Wolverine. Suppose to be set in the near future, Patrick Stewart is set to return as Professor X with newcomers which will include the character Weapon X-23, a female clone of Wolverine created by the government.
With an older Wolverine, it looks like the movie will be at least partially following the Old Man Logan story arch, which follows an older Wolverine fifty years in the future where super-villains have conquered the United States. Whether or not that is true, fans everywhere are looking forward to see Hugh Jackman’s last turn as one of the most recognizable X-Men.
Wolverine 3 is set to be released in March, 2017. Too long of a wait for the next X-Men movie, then catch X-Men: Apocalypse in theaters now.
