The Lego Movie was released this weekend and made an impressive $69 million. That is the second highest grossing film for a February debut behind The Passion of the Christ. The Monuments Men came in second place this weekend with a reported $22 million in opening weekend sales.
Vampire Academy made only $4 million this weekend. If you ask me, this is a good thing- the whole vampire genre has been too popular for too long.
