Star Wars.

In a mad dash to get my tickets, I totally spaced on the fact that I hadn’t posted anything regarding the new trailer or poster. SO. Here’s the poster.

Boyega and Ridley flank the original cast with kylo ren lurking in the background alongside a gigantonormicous death star. it has bb8, r2d2, c3p0 and the guy from that folk singing movie Inside Llewyn Davis (oscar isaac) that everyone in Williamsburg rode their vegan bicycles out to theaters to watch.

Here is the Trailer, but the Trailer, while the best part, wasn’t my favorite. If that makes sense.

Okay, so that was awesome, but here’s what makes this franchise reboot and this Episode VII the most epic cinematic event in history: Reaction videos from the STARS OF THE MOVIE. Daisy Ridley and John Boyega, you remember them, from the poster? Look up for reference.

Daisy sat with a “friend” at a Bed and Breakfast. – first i want to comment on this. nobody goes to a bed and breakfast with a friend. friends never actually get to enjoy bed OR breakfast with their famous beautiful friends. that’s reserved for…well, grownup stuff. the only time a dude has bed or breakfast with a girl and is a friend… i can’t actually think of it and i really don’t care so forget i said anything. daisy, we love you whether you have a boyfriend or not, but don’t think you’re getting anything over on us by calling him a friend twice in the same ‘gram.

That was cute, adorable, and then there’s John. Who, admittedly, might be pouring it on for the camera. But I don’t care, if I didn’t have a wall behind my couch, I would absolutely have done this if I wasn’t in the fetal position with the joker grin trying to process the epic thing that had just fused with my eyeballs.

So. Yeah. It’s a thing, and I have 6 tickets (reserved seating, good seats, 3D) to Thursday night 8pm before the Friday open. So, I’m not going to spoil anything, even if I see the press screening. You need to experience it unspoiled, as all people should.

Star Wars is going to be…well let’s just say “Big”.
