To Spoil, or Not To Spoil? A Doctor Who conundrum

To Spoil, or not to spoil, that is the question-
whether ’tis Nobler in the internet to suffer
the slings and arrows of outrageous trolling,
or to take arms against the bbc and it’s affiliates,
and by opposing them? to ruin, to spoil-
no more; and by spoil, to say we end
the mystery, and the thousand twists and turns
that are this season of Doctor Who? ‘Tis a consummation
devoutly to be wished. To Troll, to ruin,
to spoil, perchance to crush dreams.

The BBC issued a statement:
“BBC Worldwide is currently investigating a security issue around Doctor Who Series 8 where unfinished material has inadvertently been made public. We deeply regret this and apologise to all the show’s fans, the BBC and the cast and crew who have worked tirelessly making the series. We would like to make a plea to anyone who might have any of this material and spoilers associated with it not to share it with a wider audience so that everyone can enjoy the show as it should be seen on 23rd August. We know only too well that Doctor Who fans are the best in the world and we thank them for their help with this and their continued loyalty.”

They lost the scripts for 5 of this season’s episodes. Boobery and blundiferosity, you uncouth cads at the BBC. The internet is a mess, and you might have just cocked it up for everyone.

If you’re a fan of Doctor Who, and you read this site, and you might have been forwarded an e-mail or a message with the links to the scripts or the scripts themselves. Delete, delete you clever boy, and remember: If you spoil something, and I find out it was you, I will find you, and it will not be your best day. Be a good person and just delete it, tell the person that sent it to you to delete it. YOU WILL HATE YOURSELF, and EVERYONE ELSE WILL HATE YOU.
