One major win t has over oatmeal too is that once you eat it, you’re not hungry ten minutes later. Yes, oatmeal taste alright when flavored or with the addition of fruit, but that last for like twenty minutes. If you’re working some variation of a 9 to 5 work day, you need something that will keep you full without weighting you down. Did I mention how dynamic of a food this is?
