When you’re able to get an A list actor to to star in your movie without a script, context, or even what character they’re playing, that’s pretty impressive.
J.J Abrams summer block buster is currently doing as well as the prequel released in 2009. Star Trek: Into Darkness was able to keep long time fans of the show happy while keeping the not so familiar from getting lost in the plot. Benedict Cumberbachts performance as *Khan was very entertaining and modern for a new generation of Star Trek fans. The again, it may just be that he happens to have a very evil looking face in general.
