In the earliest form of pre-production, Lionsgate has won the rights to a potentially huge project in the science-fiction thriller movie ‘The Breach.’ The first part of a trilogy is already making news because of the big names that have signed on to produce and direct. Lorenzo di Bonaventura, who produced the ridiculously popular Transformers movies, will be producing again. David Goyer will be directing whose projects include The Dark Knight Rises and Man of Steel.
The trilogy will is based off the books of Patrick Lee and is about an ex-cop who must race to prevent an artifact from causing the apocalypse.
