Many of you have heard about the string of religious films being released as of late including ‘Son of God,’ ‘Noah,’ and the soon-to-be-released ‘God’s Not Dead.’ Well, Paramount was hoping to get a boost in tickets for Noah with the stamp of approval from the Vatican and Pope Francis himself.
Too bad His Holiness just cancelled the meet and greet with Russell Crowe and company. The meeting was supposed to happen on Wednesday at 8:30a, but the Vatican claims they feared word of the meeting would leak and would cause security problems. Turns out they were right. Well, it was almost a really cool event.
