In case you don’t know, Masters of Sex is based on the studies and relationship of real-life sexuality studies researchers (and couple) Bill Masters (Michael Sheen) and Virginia Johnson (Lizzy Caplan). The show, which airs on Showtime, understandably pushes the boundaries of what can be shown and explored on television. It is not a show to be watched with your parents. Although well-acted by its entire cast, which includes Allison Janney and Beau Bridges, the series never fully kept my attention. Possibly due to Sheen’s Masters being an incredibly unlikable main character.
The second season of the show will add Keke Palmer to its recurring characters. Palmer will play Coral, a nanny hired by the Masters to care for their new baby.
Really, this is just an excuse to post this funny Vine that I never get tired of. If Palmer has this kind of comedic timing in film, it better be put to use. ‘Cause shit, she could kill it.
