Well, that’s basically it in a nutshell. Family Guy writers and creator Seth MacFarlane have decided to shake things up and bring Family Guy back on the “must watch” list for Sunday nights by killing off one of the more beloved characters. Brian, the dog.
Sure, Seth did Brian’s voice, he does Stewie’s voice and he does Peter’s voice as well as a cavalcade of others but still, Brian? Much as I love Mila Kunis I really don’t like Meg or Chris- frankly the kids on “Bob’s Burgers” are all written better than the Griffins. If we’re being serious I took Family Guy off my DVR recording list but Bob’s Burgers is still on, still hilarious, and perhaps we’ve seen FG run it’s course. I left Simpsons for South Park, South Park for Family Guy, now maybe I’m a Bob’s Burgers guy?
I couldn’t get anyone at Fox or from Family guy for comment, but that’s nothing new.
Oh, and American Dad sucks. So. Yeah.
