Arrested Development

Even though the weather gets colder instead of showing us some love from spring, we are getting closer to May, which means we are only a month away from watching new episodes of Arrested Development on Netflix!

First of all, I must say that I appreciate Netflix. Yes, Netflix, you. I appreciate you for streaming all the episodes at once and not making me wait every single week for a new episode, when I know I will watch them all in a day. (Insert “Good Guy Netflix” meme here.)

The cast says that each episode will have a different approach to the story, as they will be told from a different character’s perspective. The format sound very different from what it used to be, and that is why they also don’t want us to think that this is the fourth episode. “It is not ‘season four’; we should probably make that clear. Everybody sort of intermingles through each person’s individual episode, but it is a ‘Lindsay’ episode or a ‘Gob’ episode that we guest star in.” says Jason Bateman, who plays Michael Bluth.
I think the new format sounds interesting, and I am pretty sure it is going to be reaaaallly funny.

Arrested Development was cancelled in 2006 due to low ratings, despite the show’s achievements during awards seasons. There are rumors about a possible Bluth family movie, but nothing has been confirmed yet.

And now ladies and gentlemen, a Bluth family special: The Chicken Dance. For your enjoyment only.
